"Check in was extremely slow, desk staff not familiar with reservation on computer, she forgot to swipe my credit card which meant i had to return to lobby after check in and she was NOT knowlegeable about the area...could not give directions for the local mall!! Also she was unable to get me an outside phone line as she did not know how. The room size was good but it smelled musty. Also we chose this motel as it had a pool.....however when we arrived the pool was closed for remodelling!! We switched motels after 2 nights. It was quiet and the maid service was very attentive to our needs supplying etra towels etc!"
