The hotel's staff were the source of numerous compliments by reviewers, who characterized them as helpful, professional and efficient. One guest remarked, "I was impressed with how EVERYONE from housekeeping, maintenance along with management and front desk are constantly trying to help you and acknowledge you when you pass them in the facility".
Many lodgers enjoyed their accommodations at the hotel. They described their rooms as clean, spacious, modern and quiet, with comfortable beds and pillows and efficient air conditioning.
Several guests were pleased with the hotel's breakfast, and found it to be tasty and excellent, with a good selection of hot and cold items. One patron noted, "The continental breakfast was an unexpected surprise also, I expect bagels, toast and Danishes.
