"frig.didn't work, was quickly replaced. message light on phone blinked all night before someone looked at it. hot tub didn't bubble even after reporting it twice. bed sloppily made up second night, fitted sheet pulled off one side. bottled water not replaced. elevator was risky,door didn't close one time, stairway hard to locate. light blanket delivered to room only after second request."
