Many guests praised the hotel's airport shuttle service, describing it as convenient, prompt and on time, with helpful drivers. One patron remarked, "The most impressive, however, were the shuttle drivers both the morning we left and the afternoon we came back. They were punctual, easy to get [along] with, and treated our bags with care".
