Numerous guests praised their lodgings at the hotel. They described their rooms as clean, spacious, quiet and beautiful, with comfortable beds and linens. A few lodgers were disappointed at the lack of in-room mini-fridges and microwaves, however.
The hotel's staff were the source of many compliments by reviewers. They were characterized as efficient, friendly, helpful with dining suggestions and professional. It was mentioned by a few patrons that the front desk and bar were understaffed at times, however.
