The hotel's staff were praised by numerous lodgers. They were characterized as accommodating, attentive and knowledgeable about the surrounding area.
Many reviewers were pleased with their accommodations at the hotel. They described their rooms as clean, spacious, nicely decorated and quiet, with comfortable beds and pillows and effective air conditioning. It should be noted, however, that some guests had complaints about their lodgings (see below).
Several lodgers enjoyed the hotel's location. They described it as easy to find, and close to restaurants, shopping, highway access and Indianapolis Zoo.
