"Think the breakfast times need to be adjusted from what they are and that they need to keep the food available right up until the last person who wants to eat can. Don't start folding things up early or not refill the waffle mix cups, and gathering items while people are trying to eat. I know it's hard to accomodate everyones time frame and it's just not your hotel, this has happened in the past every hotel we've stayed. Everyone has paid the price for the night and should be entitled to breakfast if that is included within a resonable time. Our hotel was I think 5AM to 9AM with businessmen that's great I guess but for guests staying and starting their day to have to be up and down to eat before 9 is sometimes difficult especially with children etc.
Just my opinion.
