The GoodThe majority of the reviews sourced for this analysis were positive, with much praise going to the hotel's value, staff, location, rooms and breakfast.
Numerous guests were pleased with the hotel's value, and described the rates as inexpensive, reasonable, and "exceptional for the value". One patron noted the hotel was, "Just minutes from downtown, but only half the price of those hotels and with free parking". (As noted above, the hotel is within a 20-minute drive of the downtown core.)
The hotel's staff were the source of many compliments by reviewers, who characterized them as friendly, accommodating and helpful with directions. One guest remarked, "The employees were very kind and caring of the needs of one traveling, ... [and] in helping give directions and attractions of the city".
Several lodgers enjoyed the hotel's accommodations. They described their rooms as clean, quiet, well maintained and spacious, with comfortable beds. A few guests had complaints about their lodgings, however (see below).
The hotel's breakfast was praised by several travellers, who found it to be fresh and tasty, with many hot and cold items and courteous staff. One patron stated, "Breakfast was more than [I] had expected, eggs, sausage gravy, cereal, waffles, all great".

Although several guests enjoyed their clean and well-maintained rooms, a few reviewers had complaints. They reported cigarette odours in non-smoking rooms, musty odours and noise transfer from the highway and guests in overhead rooms.
