Many lodgers were pleased with the hotel's location. They described it as easy to find, and close to the highway, Glenbrook Mall, restaurants, shopping, downtown Fort Wayne and Fort Wayne Children's Zoo. A few patrons did complain that the hotel is next to a strip club, however.
