Reasonable rates, comfortable, clean room/poor communication
"Styrofoam cups for coffee, not wrapped. No trash liners in trash cans. I had previously called and reserved 2 nights, was unable to make first night, so I called to let them know that I was coming and save my room. I called the hotel directly. When I arrived the next morning to check in they had not noted that I had called and had given up my room, but the lady at the desk was aware that I had called. She had to find me another room,as they had listed me as a no show, which was a bit upsetting as that was the whole purpose of me notifying them that I would be checking in next a.m.and to save my room. Room was clean, sheets were clean. I was given a front facing room on ground floor, location was perfect for the conference that I was attending. Rates were great! Continental Breakfast was available even on the morning that I arrived. Slept well/comfortable."
