This property is situated across from the Chicago Riverwalk, at the intersection of East Wacker Drive and Michigan Avenue. This hotel is centrally located for both business and leisure travellers who are looking for convenient access to downtown destinations, shopping and restaurants.

This hotel is 100% smoke free and all 2,019 rooms and suites include a 37" flat screen TV with pay-per-view movies, video check-out, a coffeemaker, a hair dryer, an iron and ironing board, a safe, an iPod dock and individual climate control. Rooms are furnished with two double beds, one queen bed, two queen beds or one king bed.

Suites provide more spacious accommodations and also include a table and chairs, a pull-down bed, an oversized shower, bathrobes and a make-up mirror. Suites are furnished with one king bed or two queen beds.

Guests staying in Regency Club rooms receive exclusive access to the Regency Club on the penthouse level, which serves a free continental breakfast, free evening snacks, free dessert and an honour bar. Regency Club rooms also include upgraded toiletries. 

Wi-Fi is available in guest rooms for an additional fee of $12.95 per 24 hours. Valet parking is available for $59 per night. Self-parking is available at an off-site garage, about five blocks from the hotel, at a rate of $30 per day.

"The receptionist who checked us in was very friendly and personable as was all the staff we encountered. Our room was nice but the thermostat didn't seem to work (it was far too warm to sleep) even though I attempted to turn it down. Consequently, we did not have a good night's rest. Also, the coffeemaker in the room did not work. We were also charged for the minibar even though we did not use it. Evidently the refrigerator has a sensor on it and when it is opened, the room is charged. This could be marked in a more obvious fashion. In addition, we went to the bar in the hotel and although there were waitresses around serving other tables, no one ever asked us if we needed anything (we were a party of 4 who was in the bar for about 1.5 hours). Lastly, when we used the ladie's restroom by the hotel check in, it was not very clean and there was urine on the floor. I have stayed at this hotel in the past and have had a better experience."
