"Staff and Hotel was great; close to everything. Rooms were nice. "Deluxe continental breakfast" has a new standard. Everything from "cook your own" waffles to eggs and sausage as well as the standard muffins and fruit. Staff was outstanding. Very helpful. We definitely plan to stay here whenever we're in Boise. Prior to our arrival I called to verify the rate and get some info, the concierge encouraged us to book online to get the rate and then call 24-48 hours later to ensure the booking was correct. We will next time. Even so they were awesome about it when a problem occurred."
