"Noisy, you can hear the doors slam all night long. People screaming outside your window even from the 13th floor. The parking garage they charge you an extra 7.00 and it was the worst parking EVER! We could barely get in or out! They don't tell you about an extra charge which it should come with the price of the room. The bed was so uncomfortable. The radio/alarm made weird noises all night, and the the heater made a high pitch sound. I would never recommend this hotel for anyone for the price we paid. I could understand if it was less expensive!"

"Cable television service leaves something to be desired; for example, Northwest Cable News which reportedly includes a Boise station was not available. The cable package, in general was quite limited. The sports bar on the other side of the building, however, fills in some of the gaps."

"I was very busy and did not spend a lot of time in my room. When I was there, I was very comfortable. I especially enjoyed the room service door hanger and the free HBO. I will be staying at The Grove on my next trip to Boise."
