Each of the hotel's one- or two-bedroom units comes equipped with air conditioning, cable TV, a full kitchen, a washing machine, a living room with a sofabed, a jetted tub, a hair dryer, a DVD/CD player and a balcony. The GoodThe majority of the reviews sourced for this analysis were positive, with much praise going to the hotel's location, rooms and staff.
Many guests praised the hotel's location, describing it as central and beautifully landscaped, as well as close to the beach, downtown Kihie and Waila, shopping and restaurants. One patron remarked, "This condo is also located very close to shops and affordable restaurants while also being within 5 mins of Wailea, a more upscale area with amazing beaches. This location is truly the best of both worlds".
The hotel's accommodations were enjoyed by numerous reviewers. They described their units as clean, quiet, well equipped, updated, well maintained, spacious and beautifully decorated, with comfortable beds and linens and great ocean views. A few guests had complaints about their lodgings, however (see below).
Several lodgers were pleased with the level of customer service they received during their stay, characterizing the staff as welcoming, helpful and efficient. One traveller noted, "The people working at the site are always helpful, and happy, right down to the gardeners".
The Bad

Although the majority of reviewers were pleased with their well-equipped and spacious units, a few guests criticized their accommodations. They reported limited ocean views, uncomfortable beds, small TVs and worn decor.
