The hotel's location was the source of numerous compliments by reviewers, who found it close to the beach, shopping, restaurants, bars, public transit and a grocery store. One guest noted, "The position of the hotel is golden - one side food pantry to get all your food and drinks etc the other side a deli, a pharmacy and a camera shop - across the road international market place for all your gift buying! The beach is only about 500 meters away when [you] cut through the market place and then there's a walkway which takes you straight to the beach!".
