Many guests were pleased with the hotel's location. They described it as close to shopping, restaurants, public transportation, Ala Moana Shopping Center, Waikiki, beaches and Walmart.
The hotel's accommodations were praised by numerous reviewers. They described their rooms as clean, modern, well equipped and quiet, with spectacular ocean views and good water pressure. A few guests had complaints about their rooms, however (see below).
Several lodgers complimented the hotel's staff, characterizing them as courteous, friendly and helpful with recommendations and directions. It should be noted, however, that some reviewers reported long line-ups at check-in.
