The good the bad and the ugly
"Everyone was very helpful and polite. However, the hotel has a smokey smell throughout. As you get off the elevator there is a huge rug that is terribly dirty! If it was not for the customer service I would not continue to stay there. I will be staying in that area often due to my work."
