"1)Advertised as having a restaurant. Reality is a Subway in the same building. 2) No coffee/Tea facility in room 3) This place is looking very old and ripe for re-development. Externally, bare blockwork where doors and windows have been blocked up, half finished remodelling. 4) Rooms very tired, badly in need of painting, plumbing fittings rusted. 5) Advertised as downtown - down which town? Not well placed for the attractions of Venice Summary: $100 dollars a night (total) is about $70 too much."
