The Bad
A few people complained of mold issues in the bathroom and pool area, saying neither were well maintained. A few guests also had issues with the state of their room and felt the hotel was in need of an update, saying that some of the rooms and common areas seemed a little worn down.
Some guests complained that the rooms are not soundproofed and ambient noises from the hall, the street, and other rooms can be clearly heard.
Some guests felt that the parking provided was a bit cramped and felt inconvenienced by the lack of elevator in the parking garage.
