"My wife was a camper and backpacker so thought it was "ok". Big difference between $50 a night and $90 a night. Great little food place attached but for anyone who can afford another $30-$40 a night I would recommend somewhere else. As absolute minimum ask to see the room before checking in. The lobby is not TYPICAL of the rooms. AAA is still the best judge."

Great value for the money
"Great location (across the street from the Mission of Nombre de Dios), close to Trolley pickup and only 1 block from the Raintree Restaurant! All the staff people were very friendly and accomodating. Pool and hot tub were clean...Great value for the money and will probably stay there again."

"Very good value for money. It's basic but perfectly adequate with polite and helpful staff. I was pleased with the good deal I found on the internet. Close to main attractions in old St Augustine. We had a super time in St Augustine and if we returned would be happy to stay at the Ramada again."

"I purchased this stay for an out of town guest; the staff was very, very, friendly. When I returned my guest to the hotel after dinner, there were three police cars there and they had cornered and arrested someone - a bit unsettling; but after I looked into it it appeared to be merely happenstance."
