"While attempting to check in after the alotted check in time, I was told that the room would not be ready for another hour to hour and a half. Normally this would not be a problem but we had a boat to catch and needed to store our luggage. After returning one and a half hours later, the room was still not ready. They did however allow us to store our gear in the room while it was being cleaned. Second: following my wifes bath, the bathtub would not turn off. I called the front desk and got no answer. I called again a few minutes later and still got no answer. I went to the lobby and woke up the night manager who said to "just leave the water running, there was nothing he could do". This was rather frustrating. We did enjoy the spaciousness of the room and the cleanliness. I would probably stay here again in the future."
