The hotel's location was praised by many lodgers. They described it as peaceful and close to SeaWorld Orlando, Disney World, Universal Studios, Orange County Convention Center, shopping, restaurants and highway access.
Numerous guests enjoyed their accommodations at the hotel. They found their rooms to be clean, quiet, well equipped, spacious and updated, with comfortable beds and great views of the Disney fireworks. A few lodgers had complaints about their rooms, however (see below).
Several travellers were pleased with the level of customer service they received during their stay. They characterized the staff as friendly, accommodating, knowledgeable and efficient.
