"the size of the room was excellent and fit are needs,I did think the room could use a little sprucing up such as: the bedspread had a hole in it and the rug was a little tattered and worn. I also think it could use a good airing out. I was also a little annoyed that when I called to comfrim my reservation I asked about my room (because I booked on line and was only able to make the reservation from the 27th to the 1st, then I made another reservation for the 1ST)I was told there was no problem and would be able to stay in the same room.I asked again on my arrival and was told they couldn't check till monday.On monday I was told I would have to change rooms so I cancelled the reservation for the 1st. when checking out I was told I could have stayed in the same room. It was not a big deal but I do feel it was poor customer service."
