"I rang the hotel 2 days before arrival to confirm booking. When we arrived I was told that the hotel was full, they had double booked the 2 rooms I had reserved ! They did arrange for myself and my party to stay at another hotel nearby free of charge, but after a very long journey it was not a good start to our holiday."

"Because the sheets and towels were not changed everyday not only did I but the person staying with me received a rash all over our body. I have never had this problem before and when we went to the front desk to complain they told us the manager wouldn't be in until 7 am the next morning. Upon check out (which was the next morning) we asked to speak to a manager. The gentleman at the front desk proceeded to tell me that the managers don't arrive until 8:30 am. I am very upset that our matter was not handled properly."
