The GoodMany travelers found the location of this hotel very convenient. Fliers making overnight connections at the airport appreciated its proximity to this property and the free shuttle bus service. Restaurants and shops within walking distance were another positive feature that quite a few people mentioned.
Some business travelers enjoyed the rooms on the seventh floor that were dedicated to their need for quiet. They felt that they rested better without the interaction and sounds from recreational guests and families with small children.

Some reviewers cited that the front desk personnel did not provide good customer service. They mentioned that some staff seemed to ignore their concerns and requests and that there seemed to be a lack of personal connection or warmth.
A few guests commented that room decor felt out of date and in some cases repairs were needed to electrical outlets and plumbing.
Many reviewers stated that they would have appreciated queen or king sized beds instead of the sizes that were provided. They said that couples who normally slept together were not able to do so on the smaller beds.
