"Disappointed that the hot tub was closed for repairs Water in sink in room's bathroom tasted like iodine! Coffee made in the room using that water was just as undrinkable. Didn't know Orlando water was THAT bad. Lunch buffet is overpriced and unimaginative. Attended two banquets - food at first one was average, second one was outstanding. As if the chef finally got his #^%! together! Staff very polite, young ladies at front desk most helpful and pleasant."

"I would have liked some lotion and a shower cap. There was someone else's soap left in the upper soap dish. The counter tops were beautiful and so was the view. I was very happy with my stay."
