"We were told by the front desk manager that the rates woulddrop around the end of June to around $100.00 a night. This was not the case. It was the same as seasonal rate. When we talked to Adam at the hotels local reservation line he seemed unwavered by the fact that we had been told this by a member of the management team. The main reason we came back to this hotel was for two reasons, 1: We liked the staff and location of the hotel and 2: We thought the rate was going to be a little lower. In summation we will come stay again but we will make sure that when we're told something by management we will get it in writing."

"Because there was no space to write the names of my friends staying in the room with me, they refused to let them in before I arrived and apparently was rude about it. Our room was not cleaned until 6:00 pm each day, which their comment was that they state that in their policy. Not the friendliest group."
