"hotel located in semi seedy part of town, it reminded me of a motel that charges by the hour for short stays, if you know what I mean. the one night I stayed was about the limit I would have been able to stick it out. The roach on the headboard of the bed was the topping on the cake.Speaking of bed, the comforter had several cigarette burn holes in it which I thought was unusual for a non smoking room. I had to run out to local store to purchase Lysol to mask strong odor. Bottom line, you get what you pay for!"

"Heard from locals that drug activity and prostitution common at this hotel and adjacent neighborhood. Found drug paraphanalia (crack pipe) in our room from previous guest and when alerted security, he was not very helpful and informed my children and I to "just put it in the trash." On the plus side, the room we were given was on the front side of the building near the office and security was present on property."

"This hotel is a bit noisy: I had to change room because the first one was too close to the avenue; also people are talking at night outside. The price I had to pay for 7 nights was higher than the weekly rate just because I did not ask for it (I did not find any entry on the form provided by HOTEL-123 for this request). Low"
