"Overall, the stay was nice. Our room had sliding glass doors that went out to a balcony on the last morning my wife and I went out on the balcony and left our 5 month old son resting on the bed. When we went ot come back inside the door had locked on its own, leaving us locked out side 5 stories up with our baby inside. After about 30mins someone walked by and we were able to yell to them and have them notify the staff who then had to come up to our room cut the locks and then let us in. It was the hotels fault for the faulty door. They did not offer to comp us any cost of our stay."
