The hotel's location was the source of numerous compliments by reviewers, who described it as safe, and close to the airport, restaurants, highway access, the beach, convenience stores, Aquarium of the Pacific and Long Beach Convention Center.
Several lodgers were pleased with the hotel's accommodations. They described their rooms as clean, well equipped, spacious and quiet, with efficient air conditioning, fast Wi-Fi, good water pressure and comfortable beds.
