Don't believe amenities advertised or expect decent service.

Don't believe the website when it says "heated pool." The only reason we stayed there was so that the kids could enjoy a swim. When we got to the pool, it was full of debris (including a dead frog I quickly fished out before the kids could see). Even worse, the water was ice cold. My wife contacted desk personnel and they insulted her intelligence by pointing out that the hot tub was hot and implied that this should make up for icy pool. When we made a request to speak to management, the woman at the desk stated that she was not allowed to bother her manager during the weekend. This same worthless individual gave us a minor discount when we checked out, but did not come close to compensating for false advertising and bad service.
