The GoodThe Russian Hill location seemed to be the highlight of this property, among the reviews used for this analysis. Many guests described walking to shopping, restaurants and tourist attractions at Fisherman's Wharf.
Many guests described their rooms as clean and several reviewers added that their rooms were spacious and generally comfortable. Several guests specifically mentioned that their beds were comfortable.
Several reviewers complimented the staff for their friendly and helpful service.
Several guests enjoyed the outdoor pool and some reviewers described the pool area as well maintained, with ample lounge chairs.
A couple of reviewers praised the food and attentive wait staff at the on-site restaurant.

The Bad
