Many lodgers were pleased with their accommodations. They described their rooms as clean, spacious, quiet, modern and well maintained, with comfortable beds and fast Wi-Fi.
Several guests enjoyed the hotel's location. They described it as safe, and close to SeaWorld, Target, highway access, San Diego State University, San Diego Zoo and beaches. A couple of travellers did find the hotel far from the city's centre, however, and recommended the hotel only for those with a vehicle.
