"We had had a poor experience in another hotel in the area and could not have been happier with your accomodations. We had also just returned from a cruise and the hotel was very pretty and the staff was extremely helpful. The location was great and we not only will reccomend the hotel but we look forward to another visit soon. The Best Western Hacienda Suites in Old Town San Diego is now our new go-to destination for all of our visits to the area."
