"I got to the lodge and it was no longer the econo lodge.. They did not have my reservation and I had to find another place to stay. Was very disappointed. I am checking now to make sure I was not billed for this Will stop payment"

"The pool was down and had been for a number of weeks. Cooler in the room was all iced up from leaking door seal and would not work right. AC was not up to snuff. Room smelt of mold, urine, and smoke and was suppose to be smoke free."

"They need to put another phone in, the cradle stuck, had 1 and 2 lines and no instructions. Some one had tryed to break in at one time , the screws was half out of the safety latch, and the toilet was loose. Had asked for a smoking room but they gave me a non-smoking room. It is a very nice location for the hospital and the Med Clinic but needs improving."
