"I did not end up staying at the hotel, because when I arrived after midnight, exhausted from a delayed flight, I was told by the attendant that the hotel's boiler was broken and there was no hot water. I was going to stay there anyway because I was so tired, and I told her so and before checking me in so I could go to sleep, she proceeded to help someone first, who came in after me!!! So I left, very angry. I think this hotel is okay, as I have stayed there before, but that situation was totally ridiculous."
