The staff throughout the hotel were frequently complimented for their friendly and attentive service, with a few reviewers specifically praising the event and sales staff. One reviewer said the "friendly and professional demeanour immediately put my mind at ease. She [the sales person] asked a lot of questions to thoroughly understand our company's needs, as well as our budgetary constraints."
