"My responses were influenced by two issues. My "non-smoking" room #227 had a smoke smell near the bathroom and entrance area. The other issue was a leaking (heavily) of the AC unit over the door area. From 3AM, the leak prevented quality rest. I reported the leak as I checked-out and was thanked for the report. The personnel at this location were helpful and courtious."
