The hotel's staff were praised by many reviewers of the hotel, who found them professional, accommodating, attentive and efficient at check in. One patron remarked, "The staff at this hotel was wonderful. If you could give them better than excellent, it would happen. The shuttle driver to and from the airport was friendly and full of information. The waitstaff in the restaurant was friendly and fast".
Numerous lodgers were pleased with their accommodations at the hotel. They described their rooms as clean, spacious, quiet and well maintained, with comfortable beds and pillows. A few travellers had complaints about their lodgings, however (see below).
Several guests complimented the hotel's location. They found it close to the airport, restaurants, highway access, shopping, Citizens Bank Arena and a cinema.
The Bad
While the majority of reviews consulted for this analysis were positive, there were a few complaints about the rooms and the parking.
Although many lodgers enjoyed their clean and well-maintained rooms, a few guests had complaints about their accommodations. They reported no in-room fridges in standard rooms, small-sized bathrooms and noise transfer from guests in adjacent rooms.
A few reviewers complained about the hotel's parking. They reported not being able to find a spot on nights where the hotel was hosting large events, which they described as an inconvenience.
