"The staff was very accomodating and had an iron and ironing board available for use at the front desk, but still, it was lacking some ammenities, like iron and ironing board in room, washer and dryer available for use (no laundromat nearby either)which would have been helpful since my luggage got wet at the airport. The continental breakfast was decent, but nothing to rave about and it was served in this little room with mattresses and furniture strewn about due to construction. There were no chairs to eat breakfast in, so we all just stood around, in each other's way! Also, the wall heaters work well (I woke up in a sweat!) but no fan in the bathroom makes it very humid. I suppose when the construction is finished it will be more comfortable, but until then, it was just kind of an ok experience."

"To call this grubby old truck-stop motel "Fisherman's Wharf /Aqyarium" is absolute fraud. It is on a noisy main road nowhere near Fisherman's Wharf or the Aquarium. It really makes me wonder whether I should discuss this scam with my lawyer. A truly disgusting rip off. I would never use it or this booking service again."
