"Check-in was very frustrating. We did not feel welcome. No one smiled or made any conversation. The room was very small for the price and we were charged 15% more because we asked for 2 beds. There were some type of small bugs that we found on one of the beds. We did not find them until late and killed what we could find but sleep was not restful when it finally came. The air conditioner/heating unit had a one-inch space between it and the wall...I had visions of small critters visiting us during the night! This was the worst experience I have had in any hotel!"
