The hotel's staff were characterized as efficient, friendly and professional by numerous reviewers.
Many lodgers were pleased with their accommodations. They described their rooms as modern, clean, spacious and well appointed, with comfortable beds and linens and good Wi-Fi signals. It should be noted, however, that a few guests had complaints about their rooms (see below).
Several guests enjoyed the hotel's location. They found it to be close to West Hollywood, Beverly Hills, Rodeo Drive, restaurants, shopping, a movie theatre, a bus stop and the airport.

Some reviewers found the hotel to be expensive. They were disappointed with the added costs for parking, Wi-Fi and the fitness facilities. These reviewers also felt the restaurant and bar prices were too expensive.
While the majority of guests were pleased with their clean and well-appointed rooms, some lodgers had complaints. They reported tired decor, old shower heads with poor water pressure, and were disappointed that there were no in-room coffeemakers. Coffeemakers are available upon request, however.
