The hotel's location was praised by numerous guests, who described it as easily accessible and safe, as well as close to highway access, restaurants, downtown Fresno, Fresno Convention Center, Yosemite National Park and Sequoia National Park. One patron noted, "Location is perfect to reach any destination in Fresno".
Some reviewers were satisfied with their accommodations at the hotel. They found their rooms to be clean, quiet, well equipped and spacious, with comfortable beds. Some guests were disappointed with their lodgings, however (see below).
