"When we made our reservations, we were promised two adjoining rooms since we were traveling with children. We confirmed this again after we made our reservations. When we arrived, not only did we not have adjoining rooms, they were on different floors. The clerk was indifferent about our predicament and we had to cancel the remainder of our stay. In addition, the surroundings of the hotel made our family very uncomfortable."

"I had booked this hotel for my husband and had been reassured from the Discount hotel chain that it was three star and in actual fact was not and it was in a very dangerous part of Burbank. The police were there the first morning after their arrival and a policeman had been murdered there a few weeks before. Apparently it is the area of the Mexican mafia. When ordering a hotel or motel from a different country we depend on the honesty of your people not to put anyone in danger.I shudder to think if I had been travelling with children or by myself, as it was my daughter was with her Father for a training session in Burbank.I don't think I'll use discount hotel or quality inn in the future unless it has been recommended to us or I have been there. Quality Inn needs to take a closer look at their advertisement of the star level. Jane Keating. P.S. My husband and daughter checked out on Wednesday to book with Holiday Inn."
