"the life guard fell asleep several times and when we alerted the security guard on pool duty he tried to explain that they have to look at every inch of the water and that was why his head was bobbing up and down. It did not explain the snoring or the closed eyes. We reserved a 350 sq. ft. room with two double beds as we had 4 children under 6 years and needed space. They gave us a King and said there was no such thing as a 350 sq. ft. with two doubles - only king 350 sq. ft. yet my confirmation stated 2 double beds. They did bring us a rollaway which was okay....and knocked the price down. But...it was disconcerting to not get what we wanted and we had to make adjustments. The restuarant staff was terrible and could have cared less to wait on us and upon arrival we were told we could not even pre-register - that we had to wait until 4pm to check-in. I would think hard about returning."
