The hotel's staff were the source of many compliments by reviewers. They were characterized as friendly, efficient and helpful with directions and recommendations.
Numerous travellers were pleased with their accommodations at the hotel. They described their rooms as clean, well equipped, well maintained, quiet and spacious, with comfortable beds and good water pressure. A few lodgers complained about their rooms, however (see below).
Several patrons enjoyed the hotel's location. They found it close to attractions, gas stations, highway access, restaurants and Phoenix International Raceway.
