the worst stay ever
"the hotel had roaches, they did not clean our room, give us fresh towels, the pool was green and cold. if a pool is open year round you would think it would be heated. the pool was freezing. when we said something about the roaches they was like we can move your rooms but it only has one bed."

"Hotel semed old. I realize that Hampton just released the lease on the Hotel, but the lack of signage made it difficult to find. Also Mapquest gave poor directions. I reported two safety hazards while there, both were electrical outlets. The one behind the door only the bottom plug worked, and the GFCI by the sink crackeled and popped with out tripping as it should, neither was replaced by the time I checked out, when I reported it again."

"When I went to the front desk to ask where the nearest store was to buy water, they gave me two bottles and asked if I needed more! The hot breafast was a plus also!"
