"We chose the Best Western in Lander because the web site said 'Pets Welcome'. Had we known we would have to take a smoking room, we would have made other arrangements. The room was extremly smelly. The front desk placed two ionizers in the room. I purchased room freshener (a waste of $8...nothing seems to get cigarette smoke out) and had to purchase Claratin ($20) the next morning due to allergies. I was appalled that the room was $105. Will we stay there again? I'm not sure. I'd like to try a non smoking room but as a family who spends a lot of time with their dog, I'm not sure we'd take the chance of getting a non smoking room (apparently there is 1 non smoking room that allows pets in the whole hotel). On that note, I find it very hard to believe that very few people who travel with their pets are non smokers."

"I would like to suggest that the maintenance meeting be held in the conference room not to take table space from the guests during their breakfast."

"A hotel shuttle to restaurants would have been nice. Also I am on a restricted diet and the continental breakfast did not have lowfat milk, any cereal or a selection of fruit. Pastries and whole milk are not that great for a diabetic."
