"After I got my confirmation from your web site I called to confirm at the hotel the next day to make sure I had two beds and not just one. Well, even though I had a confirmation and everything, they did not show my booking. I was glad I called or I might not have gotten a room once I had driven there. My husband was the one to check in and he said the people were not that friendly. We were given bars of soap but no shampoo. I've paid less for hotels and had nicer rooms, more ammenities, queen size beds, and friendlier staff. I was somewhat disappointed."
