"We had 3 rooms in our group. All 3 smelled of smoke or dogs. Towels were so thin you could read a newspaper thru them. Our blanket had big stains on it and several holes in it. We asked for a replacement and did get one. We had reserved 4 nights but only stayed 2 and were charged full amount for 2 nights in advance. We were charged $4.95 for each of the 4 nights by hotel-x and would like to have 2 of those charges refunded, please."
