"I booked this motel online because of a death in the family and we needed a room fast. We chose this one because it had a pool and we stayed an extra day to use it after the funeral. The pool was ice cold and there was no note that indicated that there was a problem. We were told there was a problem with the pump! We also were expecting a room with one queen bed and a recliner---but got a room with 2 queen beds and a beat up chair that was intensely uncomfortable. The lights above the bed were non-functioning. All in all, we were unhappy about that. We also requested a room on the main level so we didn't have to climb steps, but the room was on 2nd floor. I understand that it was busy, but I felt that perhaps some young person would be able to climb the stairs better. The breakfast selection was good compared to most. I think we will not go back."
